malicious bug in your payment system

    We received a email from our client stating that there was malicious program on our client’s site.
    Below is the email of the customer:
    “I order some products and my Norton antivirus program blocked “s.gravatar” when I was checking out. Norton says its a malicious program that steals credit card information and the code is in your payment processing code. Please have it checked out for future customers. Thanks

    We have checked the payment methods, malware scan (wordfence and sucuri) manual code inspection. every things to be fine. However could you please let us know why is Norton antivirus program blocked “s.gravatar”

    It’s just one of many false positives Norton regulary gives.
