  Hi. Can’t get access my site. I get Access Error signs. Outside contacts get a malware warning when trying to view it. If I can gain access I can run checks and update plugs ins etc. Is there a way in? Derek

  http://derekbateman.net – loads fine to an empty site that has domain mapping

  https://derekbateman.net – has a configuration error – that is because WordPress.COM does not yet support https for all custom domain names

  does that help?
