  How do i deactivate the main menu item as a post but just a title for an access to other submenus?

  So you want the parent item in the menu to do nothing, while it has child items that are clickable?

  To do that, add the parent menu item as a custom link. In the URL field, type #Menu_item_name, and then in the Navigation Label field type in the label you want to be visible for that item. You can use only the # for the URL as well, but then visually impaired people using screen readers won’t know what that item says.

  Then you can add your additional pages as sub-items to that parent item.

  For that you’ll again use the Custom Link menu item instead of a Page item. Add in the URL where you want the menu tab to go, and the label you want to display in the menu, and you’re done.

  The text colour in the Header area is defined by the colour palette you’ve chosen in Customise > Colours & Backgrounds. By default, Suburbia doesn’t provide an option to change the colour of that text alone. It would be possible to make this change using custom CSS but that is a feature of Premium and Business plans.

  The other option is to choose an image which contains lighter/contrasting colours, to help the text stand out.

  Suburbia is now a retired theme so you may want to have a look at some of the newer themes we have available:
