malware?

    Dear Customer Service.

We are a Hungarian high school in Budapest.
We use WordPress for our websites.

One of our pages that has a problem:
    https://hirdetotabla.fazekas.hu/

Recently, a new user registration has appeared several times,
among registered users: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

This user was not created by us, we have already deleted it countless times, but
    is created again and again.

Is it possible that malware was added to create this?
Unfortunately, we did not find anything with Eset antivirus either.

On another page, this is the main page of our school: https://fazekas.hu/,
A malware appeared (JS / Agent.OZD) and created several foreign posts,
    for days.

We couldn’t remove it with anything, we restored the page from an older backup.
foreign posts are no longer displayed.

The virus indicated when opening the page is detected by several types of virus scanners,
antiviruses did not allow to open the page.

We would like to ask for your help in solving this problem.
Primarily due to the new and recent appearance of the foreign user.

Thank you in advance for your help!

    Best regards:

    Hi there:

To avoid confusion, there are three different “WordPress” at play here:

    1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
    2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
    3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.

Since your site is not hosted with us, we’re limited to what we can help with and advise. But I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.

You should reach out to your host for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you find and fix this problem.

If you still have trouble, please reach out to the WordPress community for guidance:

    I hope that helps!
