I have malware on my website, and I can’t remove the user causing it, nor can I scan it with Wordfence. I don’t know what I can do to avoid having to reinstall WordPress. Thank you very much!

We can’t help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress;com platform – https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/http://www.lahuelladelviajero.com
To solve your problem, follow instructions as given at https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/faq-my-site-was-hacked/

Hi there,
First, delete everything except the wp-config.php file and the wp-content folder. Download a fresh copy of WordPress, unzip it, remove wp-config.php and the wp-content folder from the fresh copy, zip the remaining files, then upload and extract that archive in your root directory. This will give you a fresh copy of WordPress core.
Next, reinstall all plugins and your theme manually: delete the existing copies, upload fresh copies, and install them. Plugin settings should remain intact because they are stored in the database.
Install a security plugin such as Wordfence or Solid Security to scan your site for remaining malware and remove any infections found. After reinstalling the WP core, themes, and plugins, the security plugin should handle any remaining issues.
Don’t forget to enable two-factor authentication for admin users and change all admin passwords. Check for unknown admin accounts and delete any you don’t recognize.
This is a basic guideline for self-hosted WordPress (wordpress.org). We can’t provide further direct assistance here, but this process should be enough to remove most malware.
Have a good day!
