Search at Google using this site:yourblogURL (replacing “yourblogURL” with the actual URL of your blog) and if Google has identified a problem link or something in your blog, there should be a link there where you can find more information.

I’ve had a massive amount of these on all my client sites over the past week. Only client sites on wordpress have been affected (but thats most of my clients).
In each case I found ‘malware code’ that had been placed in one or all of the following files.
Index.php (the wordpress default page)
header.php (in the active template)
footer.php (in the active template)the code is wrapped in a script tag and uses ‘encode’ and ‘eval’ to obfuscate the code. It just looks like junk, you can’t miss it.
Delete this and your all set.I’m guessing that these pricks have found a wee hole in there somewhere and it would be great if the wp folks could track it down. Note, it is also possible that any vulnerability is in a plugin rather than the wordpress code. I just use a handfull of well known plugins such as cforms, morefields though.
Best advise I can give is delete the code, backup wp and upgrade to the latest version.

@brianmca, Sorry, you are in the wrong forum and need to head over to http://wordpress.ORG/support/ as that blog is self-hosted and self-hosted wordpress blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG are supported there.
This is the forum for people hosted here on the wordpress.COM free hosting service and things here work differently and our answers typically will not work for you.
If you do not know the difference, see this sticky thread from the top of the forums: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/please-read-me-first-before-posting?replies=1 .
