Malware on my Blog?

I’ve been away for a while…working on a different project. When I came back and published a post, I have friends telling me that access to my blog is restricted. Chrome is telling users that “Content from dark-wraith.com, a known malware distributor, has been inserted into this web page. Visiting the page now is very likely to infect your computer with malware. Malware is malicious software that causes things like identity theft, financial loss, and permanent file deletion”.

I have no idea how this happened or what to do about it. Do I have to delete my blog and start again from scratch?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

In these cases what’s usually happened is the blogger hotlinked to an image from a dodgy site or linked to it. You disable your security malware programs, edit the post in question to remove the image, then re-enable your security.

Thank you so much for the feedback. I have located, and removed the image. Everything seems to be fine now. I appreciate the response! :D

SOME visitors, but not all, are getting a Malware message that reads:
    Malicious website blocked
    Rating:
    Dangerous
    What You Can Do:
Contact your administrator about security settings on your network
    Provide feedback to Trend Micro

I don’t see this message and not everyone does. What do you suppose is going on.
The blog in question is http://metallomusikum.com/
