Malware on my site

  Hi,
  Avira antivirus is reporting a malware on a site I´m managing.
  Blog is: blog.facturalegal.com

  On a scan on server jquery.prettyphoto.js was reported with a trojan:
  Trojan-Downloader.JS.agent.gmr.

  Is there a guide, best practice, to avoid malware?
  please help
