  I am experiencing a redirection to a malicious site when I want to access my wordpress site.

  Hey there @degraftemmanuel, sorry to hear that. We’re not able to do much because your site is not hosted here with us. It’s with another hosting company. I’d recommend getting in touch with their support to ask about backups, then secure your site so it’s safe. Here’s a useful guide for that:
