Hi there,
What is the URL of the site you believe is hacked?
The only site you own with us on WordPress.com is http://bylisaglam.wordpress.com/, and that site has not been hacked. That site hasn’t been modified in any way since you created it in September 2020.
The only way to “hack” a WordPress.com site is to gain access to the WordPress.com username account that owns it, and I don’t see any evidence indicating that the
lisaglamphotographyaccount you’re using to post here have been compromised. This account hasn’t been accessed at all for over a year. The site at portraitdistrict.com isn’t hosted with us, but is using the open source WordPress.org software, hosted at Bluehost.com. Please contact them directly for help if you believe that site may have been compromised.
For general advice on improving the security of a self-hosted WordPress site like that one, you can look at the WordPress.org documentation here:

You can also ask for more advice on this topic from the WordPress.org community who makes that software in their forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

Sorry, I should’ve posted the websites.
It’s http://www.portraitdistrict.com
I can’t even login my dashboard…

Hi there,
Both sites are hosted by Bluehost. So if you believe that they’ve been hacked or infected with malware, you need to contact Bluehost.

What other platforms do you recommend better than bluehost?
I don’t love their service. I’m just not a computer person much so I don’t know.
Thanks in advance!

I can recommend our own platform WordPress.com. Here we take care of everything for you (maintenance, security, updates) so that you can focus on creating content for your site.
You can see our plans prices here:

If you have any other questions, just let me know and I’ll be happy to help.

oh that’s what it’s for! ok thank you, also which plan do you recommend for a photographer? I get about 100 visitors a month or so… and I also have the other website..
does that include malware removal? How is this plan compared to sitelock?
Please give me more details prior to signing up! thanks!

which plan do you recommend for a photographer?
I’ve had my photography site on the Premium plan for years, so I’d say it’s enough if you’re not planning on using third-party themes or plugins. Here you can see more details about all our plans:
https://wordpress.com/support/plan-features/.
does that include malware removal?
Since WordPress.com is a shared environment, we take special care so that there is no malware on any of our sites. That means there’s nothing to remove ;)
I also am not able to login my dashboard to edit my wordpress website.
For self-hosted sites, this is an excellent resource on how to reset your password manually:
https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/.If that doesn’t help, your host or folks at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ may be able to further advise.
