Malware warning on my site.

My site, dlandwehr.wordpress.com, gets a malware warning when I try to open it up.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Is there a link in the malware warning you can click to see what’s causing it? In many cases the blogger has linked to an image they don’t have permission to link to.

P.S. I’m using Firefox 19 and I don’t get a malware warning when I click into your site.

download this and remove what every it finds and run monthly.

So I should just make sure all my pictures aren’t linked from URLs, but rather are uploaded?
