MAMP, ftp, domain mapping…

    Hello,
    I am really getting frustrated by this and I need your help :(
    1) I have purchased a domain at uniteddomains.com
    2) I have mapped it to my wordpress blog
    Now comes the problem, since I was unable to upload my own theme I have purchased from themeforest.com
    I had to try to google all the possible options so I downloaded Mamp to make a local server, where I am able to upload my theme, do everything I want, but this is the breaking point.

    When I finish my work on my local server, I need to get it onto the live wordpress server, which I don’t know how to do.
    It is mostly recommended to use ftp client like filezilla, which I have downloaded and wanted to log into ftp to transport the database export.

    But I don’t have any ftp details to log into…

    Could anybody PLEASE help me sort this out? :(

    Overview:
    – I have my desired look + everything on my local server via Mamp
    – I want it to upload to live server of wordpress
    = How?

    (Or other possible solution, how can I install the theme + plugins it needs right into the live server?)
