Manage an existing site

  I’m working with a new client as their social media manager including their blog – professorofparts. They haven’t touched the blog in a few years and I only see one post but they would like to revive and expand the blog. Because it’s been so long they have no idea the login credentials etc.
  Where do I direct them to reset everything or find even the associated email and if the site can even be used again?
