Manage Domain

Trying to figure out how to manage our domain but it is not listed under domains. I see I am being billed annually for the renewal but I cannot manage anything. The site has been hosted elsewhere for some time now and suddenly went down yesterday. Somehow the name servers are now pointing to GoDaddy instead of Cloudflare. The domain is ahealthylifeforme.com

Hello,
I have verified that your site is not hosted on WordPress.com. It is hosted on GoDaddy. Also appears the company Wild West Domains. So, you use the Self-hosted Version of WorPress.org.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are different. Check it out: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org
This forum is only focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.
You can try contacting your host directly to report the issue.

Thank you for your response. I understand the site is hosted elsewhere but we need to manage the domain registration. It was transferred to WordPress.com 10+ years ago and we have been paying the renewal fees ever since. I can see the annual invoices under Profile -> Purchases -> Billing History but the domain does not appear under My Sites -> Upgrades -> Domains or anywhere else. If this is not a WordPress.com domain, what are they billing me for and who as been renewing my domain all these years? We really need a staff member to look into this and assist.
