Manage Domain Only Showing My Site, Not Sites That I Am Super-Admin Of

    Hello,
I’m trying to edit the CNAME records of a WordPress site that I was made the superadmin of, SITE B. The domain for SITE B was purchased on GoDaddy, and is managed via WordPress’s nameservers. Unfortunately, the settings page (located at https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/) for DNS only allows me to edit the settings of a page I created years ago, SITE A, not the settings for SITE B. Any ideas how to see both, or at least switch to being able to manage SITE B on that page?

  • Hi there!

What is the exact address of the site you are referring to?

    Hi,
I’m trying to have events.lightshedtmt.com refer to a PythonAnywhere app. PythonAnywhere says to have the CNAME of events.lightshedtmt.com refer to webapp-878810.pythonanywhere.com.

  • The hjgoldplatinum account you’re using to post here is not a user on the WordPress.com site attached to the domain, lightshedtmt.com.

You need to be logged in as a WordPress.com account that’s an admin on that site to make this change. If you don’t remember the username for the correct account, please contact the site admin that invited you for help with this – we cannot provide you information like who the admins on that site is.
