I need to update the IP address for my domain’s A record, but I’m unable to access it from my wordpress.com account. I verified the domain DNS is pointing to wordpress nameservers, but when I login, under Manage, domains is not an option for this particular site. Please advise!

What is the domain you need help with?
If the domain’s name servers are pointed to us, you have no need for IPs, as we automatically create the necessary A records on our end. But for that to happen you need to have a paid plan and a domain mapping upgrade on your site, and you don’t have either.

Hi, I’m not sure of the protocol here, but hoping that jumping into this thread is ok!
I’d also like to map a domain (www.inspiringyounglives.org.uk) but, because I’ve been in a huge muddle, I’m being told it’s too soon. Here’s the message:This domain was recently in use by someone else and is not available to map yet. Please try again later or contact support.
Any ideas? Do I just need to wait? I did try and map it across to another wordpress account, which I deleted yesterday….
