Everywhere I go I have an avatar associated with my email address. Would love to change it. I must have associated it on a blog somewhere. Finally found out it’s coming from Gravatar. Didn’t have a Word press account, least I thought I didn’t. Tried to sign up. Confirmation email didn’t arrive. Tried to resend a million times. Can’t get on Gravatar. Can’t get on WordPress. Somehow managed to limp on to https://wordpress.com/me/public-profile/ and see my profile. Went to edit avatar picture, get redirected to Gravatar.com. Told to sign on to Word press. Told I was sent a confirmation. Told “support is not open” can’t contact them. Can’t contact anyone directly at WordPress except to fill out this form and post to the forum. this is truly an epic fail. I need to be able to control this stupid picture associated with my email. Just send the freaking account confirmation email. Not blocked, not in junk mail folder. Just send it. Someone live out there? Hello?
