I have a huge image library (more than 3.000 pics), pics coming from many different members of the blog. Now We want to copy or move them all to a repository out of wordpress to make a wiki. How can I do this?

Yes, I know that, the question is How can I copy them all as a bulk (I dont have them in my pc)?
Thankyou. -
Ah. I don’t know.
If you export your blog, you can transfer images (and links) to a new wp.com or to a wp.org
(or you can get a file to import into other blogging platforms, but I’m not sure it includes pics and links??)
At any rate, it would be exported as a library, I think.
Someone more experienced?

Ive received this answer from support@wordpress.com:
“The best option available for this is to create a self-hosted WordPress blog, then export your WordPress.com blog, import it on your self-hosted blog with the “move images” option checked, and then pull the images from your self-hosted blog’s file system.
We don’t have an instant way for you to grab your entire Media Library directly.”
I´ll try that. Thankyou.
