Manage more than one blog
-
I am a member of three different clubs. How do I manage these three different blogs and have a neutral administrator role, not directly connected to any of the blogs?

I’m not quite sure what you mean by “neutral administrator role”.
A current administrator on those blogs would need to add your account to each blog. These instructions should come in handy:

Full explanation of my role:
I have started a blog (web site) for “Club X”. I log in as “Club X”. Now I have to start up two other blogs (web sites) for “Club Y” and “Club Z”. In the administrator panel it looks like I can administrate several blogs from the same adminitrator panel. But then I don’t want to be called “Club X” when I log in.
Of course I can start up the other two blogs quite separate with separate logins. I just thought it would be practical to log in as just “Administrator” or “My name” or something like that and administrate them all. Is that possible or not recommended? -
You can change your username to something more “neutral” if you like:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/change-your-username/Keep in mind that if you post with the same username across all your blogs, the same username may appear on those blogs.
If you want each blog to be associated with a different username, you’d need to register for each blog under a new account (with a unique email address) as you mention.
