Manage Purchase Issues
-
I am trying to Renew My Domain in the ‘Manage Purchases’ section. No purchases are shown to renew. Only an upgrade option is given. How can I find out when I need to renew? No information is available on my current domain.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

re: renewing upgrades
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, renew or cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.
If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies prior to logging into another account.
1. What is the domain URL?
2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
4. When was the upgrade purchased?
5. When did the refund request and upgrade cancellation, or the domain expiration take place? If you do not succeed provide the answers to those questions and type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for a Staff follow-up. The only domain that shows up is the dotcom.wordpress.com version, not the actual domain that I purchased. It also says it never expires.

How domain mapping works
What domain mapping does is providing a seamless redirect to the very same content under the new domain URL when a person clicks the old URL .wordpress.com to the original content. It can take up to 72 hours for domain propagation to take place throughout the internet but it doesn’t usually take that long. https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/It sounds like you need Staff help so I will type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for a Staff follow-up. Apparently I have multiple usernames for my wordpress site. I was able to get in under a different user/login. Now this is a different problem altogether, how cam multiple usernames be pointed at the same blog. Very confusing.

Hi @akochanek, you can have multiple usernames pointing to the same site via wordpress.com/people
If you’d like, though, you can “consolidate” accounts a bit by transferring anything you need from this account to the other. Here’s how:
