  Hello my visa was charged today for Akismet Basic but there is nothing in Manage Purchases that I can use to cancel or receive a refund. How can I ensure the there will be no more charges? The service is not required. How do I close this account?

  An Akismet charge is for your self hosted WordPress.org site. You will need to post at http://wordpress.org/support/ to inquire about the refund.
