How do I change the amount to pay for subscription renewal to the Premium Acount price?

Thanks Dara Kelly is trying to transfer the asmin to me. I already thoufht she was successful but I have let her know she was not. I need to organise the renewal payment through an institution and it is very difficult without an invoice. When I log in my screen days we owe $36 Canadian dollars but I know Premium ks US$100. When I ask the insritute to pay I need them to pay the correct amount to keep our premium status.

This is what I see when I try to transfer the domain again. Notice on the left black box of text, it says “It can be renewed by Abigail…” Maybe send that back to the WordPress people?

Note that admin status and owner aren’t the same thing.The owner of the site needs to transfer the site to a different account:

Let’s go ahead and get the transfer taken care of first, as that will solve most of this.

Regarding the domain transfer, the domain is okay. Just the plan need to be transferred. If she’ll reach out to us directly we can do that for her.
