manage purchases does not have cancel button
-
The manage purchases page only has an ‘upgrade’ button. I need to cancel the auto renewal.
The page does not look like this!
https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/All that it says is:
‘Looking to upgrade? Our plans give your site the power to thrive. Find the plan that works for you. Upgrade Now’Yet it also says:
‘Your site is on a Premium plan’Where oh where is the cancel button?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?Have you read the relevant support doc at Deleting a site with upgrades https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/#deleting%C2%A0a-site-with-upgrades?

The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.
Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to renew the upgrade.
