Manage Purchases page is broken

  I am trying to cancel several subscriptions for a site I want to delete, but all of the directions don’t match what I am seeing. When I go to the ‘purchases’ page, all I see is option for ‘upgrade now’.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Your account does not own any upgrades on WordPress.com.

  Is this for the site, https://microhamsblog.wordpress.com/? The domain mapping upgrade on that site belongs to the username, microhamsblog, so you’ll need to be logged in as that username to cancel the upgrade.

  Thank you! – I was sure the account I was using owned it, since I could fully manage the site. Never occurred to me I had setup a separate account for ownership.

  I was able to remove the upgrade mapping.

  Just note that microhamsblog is the owner of the site itself as well. ku7m is just an admin on that site, not the owner. As an admin, ku7m can do everything on that site, except requesting for it to be emptied or transferring it to a different account.
