  Hi there – could you pass me the domain you are referring to, and tell us a little more about what you are wanting to accomplish?

  One thing that stands out to me is usually DNS is managed on custom domains. I checked the account you posted this topic through and I don’t immediately find a custom domain upgrade. Once we know the domain and a little more about what you are wanting to accomplish we can try to help further.
