Managed WooCommerce Stores- Essentials

I purchased Managed WooCommerce Stores- Essentials through GoDaddy, and all of a sudden my site was down. I contacted them, and they’re saying my hosting is through CloudFare and to contact them directly. However, I have always only communicated and gotten products directly through GoDaddy. All of a sudden, GoDaddy is saying they cannot find hosting for my domain through them when I purchased through them. I don’t know what to do. I don’t know how to access my WordPress site and get it back connected to my GoDaddy domain. GoDaddy was rude and absolutely NO help in restoring my site. WordPress says I cannot chat without a paid plan; however, I do have a paid plan… it was just through GoDaddy. I am truly hoping that my site has not been lost forever, as it took months to build. How do I find what my direct link to my wordpress site was without the purchased domain? How do I get my hosting restored? I’m at a loss.

    Hi there,

That sounds frustrating, but you should be able to locate what hosting you were using for your WordPress site. I’ve checked our records and can confirm the site https://eleyministries.us was not hosted here at WordPress.com. I suggest looking into your bank or credit card statement to find out what hosting company you’ve been paying, which would indicate the site was hosted with them.

    Hope this helps!
