  I would like to see if i may possibly cancel my subscription. I honestly started the site a few years ago and never once used it. Recently i wass charged and dont know for what or how long and would like to just cancel i believe. I cannot find anything helpful on your site to do this and would appreciate if I can speak with a human.

  Hi Brendan, I actually don’t see any active upgrades on this account. Do you have another account with us? If so can you log out and log in as that user?

  The last paid subscription on that site expired January 9, 2018.

  There are no active paid subscriptions on the site, it has been a free site since then.
