When I go to manage purchases, the only option is ‘UPGRADE NOW.’ I don’t want to upgrade. I want to turn off auto renewal. How does one do that?

I would be happy to assist you in cancelling auto-renew for your domain. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into disabling auto-renew for the subscription purchase.
