Manages Purchases

    The Manage Purchases screen only has one option – Upgrading. I don’t want to upgrade. I want to turn off my auto renew. I cannot figure out how. Making me cranky.

    The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of any upgrades.

    Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to cancel the upgrade.
