  How to add admins to my blog??

  The recommendation is only 1 Admin per blog as an Admin can do everything the blog creator can do including booting them out of the blog and even deleting the blog. http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/ We Volunteers have seen this happen many times over. So I suggest that you invite others to be Editors or Authors or Contributors rather than Admins. If you’d like to invite others to publish posts or help approve comments on your blog, you can invite them to be a Contributor, Editor, or Author on your blog se here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/
