Managing all my blogs from one account

  I have more than one wordpress blog and I hate having to sign out of one to log into another. Is there any way that I can work within all of them, no matter which one I’m logged into?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Please check the steps listed in Transferring Your Blog to Another WordPress.com User or Account support document and consolidate all your accounts by moving all your blogs to a single account.
