Managing Categories

After WP fixed one of the problems with some bugged solution, it appears I can no longer edit the names of most of my categories. They used to start with a capital letter, but the recent changes (on WP behalf) changed most (not all) categories names to start with a small letter.
I tried to change that back, but managed to do so only for sub-categories. As for categories, their names cannot be edited to start with a capital letter.
Can WP explain why they bugged me once, and then bugged me twice?

Plus, they changed all categories (but a few) to start with a small letter, while most tags (that used to start with a small letter) were changed to start with a capital letter. F*****************ck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
