Managing comment

I read your new system that requires readers to sign in with wordpress id. What about the people who don’t have wordpress account. Since yesterday, readers, even those who have commented on my blog previously, complaining that their comments are being rejected. Please, let me decide which comments I accept or reject.
Thanks

Howdy,
Could you ask them to try resetting their password by entering their email address here?
http://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpasswordIt’s possible that they opened a WordPress.com or Gravatar account in the past, but forgot about it.

I am not sure password is the problem. These readers have been writing regularly, posting comments on my blog.

Two of them don’t have wordpress accounts. They have been using other ids and they worked fine.

If it’s rejecting them on that basis, then they definitely already have a WordPress.com or Gravatar account tied to that email address and will need to log in before commenting.
