Managing email delivery settings

    With the recent update to the WordPress Reader, I’m unable to figure out how to update my update my email delivery settings according to the directions on this page. Rather than getting dozens of emails daily at 4 a.m., I’d prefer if I can get all posts made during one day sent at one time (as in, all the posts made on Monday will be sent to me at Monday between 4-6 p.m., all posts made on Tuesday in the same time slot on Tuesday, etc.).

    I found where I update my notifications (in my profile under “Notifications”), but I can’t figure out why I’m getting a dozen individual subscription emails at 4 a.m.
