Managing Multiple Gravatars in One Account

    I created a Gravatar account and am trying to add multiple Gravatars to this one account. I successfully created the first Gravatar and added one additional Gravatar to it by using the ‘Add an email address’ button. I then tried to add two more email addresses, but in both cases, the person gets the activation link by email; they click the activation link; they’re asked to log into WordPress and they do; and then nothing happens. They don’t see their email address added to the Gravatar account. I don’t see their email address added to the Gavatar account. Nothing happens. It’s really frustrating, b/c I’m doing this for a site that requires we make Gravatars in order to submit articles for publication. What can I do to fix this?

    Are they logging into the same account you’re adding the gravatars to? If not, please have them log out then log in again using that account.

    If they are in the correct account and it’s still not working, please send the email addresses so we can check. If you’ll format the addresses normally, our forum software will hide the addresses for you so that only staff can see.
