Managing multiple websites

  I now have 2 websites that I would like to use WordPress to create. However, they are currently in 2 different accounts. Can I merge them so that I don’t have to pay a second fee for using plugins I’ve already paid for?

  Here at WordPress.com you’d need two paid Business plans to use plugins on both sites. You can have more than one site under one account but only one site per plan.
  PS; Are your site(s) definitely hosted here at WordPress.com?
