    want to create a different blog title and delete old one

    Don’t delete the blog – once a blog URL is deleted it is gone forever

    If you are asking about the title

    Dashboard >> Settings >> General >> Change Title & Tagline –

    remember to save changes – at bottom of the page

    Also only open one thread with the same question please – duplicate posts slow things down and confuse those that might help you
