Managing my blog

    Can I manage my blog as an admin and simultaneously via the wordpress.com login page? I have tried both but it seems like the virtual world only sees the things I do via the wordpress website. Are both ways to add posts etc. possible? And can I edit for example a post as an admin after publishing it via the wordpress site? I’d be grateful for help!
