Managing my plan

    Hi there, we have two wordpress websites for our business. One is an old one (the domain above), and we also have our new site which is is ourhealthcentre. We would like to remove the old website from our account, however I am worried that it will have an impact on our newer site which we do not want to lose. Also, since we have paid for a full year, we are looking to see if we can get a refund for partial of the year unused. If someone could please reach out to help me with this, that would be wonderful. Thank you!

    Hi there!

    Can you give us the URL of the new site as well? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.

    Also, I don’t see that there are any paid upgrades under the account you’re currently logged into. To advise on any payment/plan information, we would need the user account that owns the upgrade to make any requests.
