Managing my purchases

    I would like to delete one of my blogs. But I have a purchased theme on it. It was a one time purchase. Now when I try to delete my blog it says that I have to remove the purchase first, but I cant seem to do that. Help please!

    I have added the modlook tag to ask if a member of staff could remove the Premium theme (or transfer it to another site if you would prefer). If you have more than one site then it would help to confirm which one you want to delete.

    Hi @nuttbutts, if we remove the theme for you, you won’t be able to get it back without paying for it again.

    Also, if you delete the site, its name will not become available again, so do not use that option to “start over”. If in doubt, you’d be welcome to set the site to private and staff can help you sort things out.

    If you still want to remove the theme, write back with confirmation, and we’ll go ahead and remove the theme for you. Thanks!
