Managing my website

  • Unknown's avatar

A while ago I created a non paid service under one website name. I recently created a paid website under a new but the old keeps coming up and will not allow me to publish my newly named site I even used a different email and password, I’ve logged out the old and manually typed in the information. How do I get to my paid site so that I ca manage and publish, or either receive a refund and start over?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there, what are the domains involved? There’s no content at the site you’ve linked to at healthybeautyinsideout.wordpress.com

Concerning the issue you mention of one site coming up instead of the other, it sounds like a browser issue. Have you tried logging out and then clearing your browser’s cache and cookies (which will also log you out of any other site you are logged in on) and then shutting down the browser?

    Hi healthybeautyinsideout,

What are the URLs of the two sites you are having problems with?

As @justjennifer mentioned, please try clearing your browser cache and cookies. There are some instructions here:

    Hi healthybeautyinsideout,

The paid Domain is Nahlasbeautylounge.com it looks like the first domain is following the second one.

nahlasbeautylounge.com is owned by another account (nahlasbeautylounge4701) — you will need to login to that account in order to manage it.

If you no longer need healthybeautyinsideout.wordpress.com, the site can be deleted using these steps:

    Delete a Website

Deleting a site is permanent so only do so if you won’t need the domain again in the future.

    Hello Gemmacevans,

I was able to delete the website and also clear my browser chase, thank you for that.

But, I am still unable to find the paid website? Am I able to just redo the site all over from scratch. Also, I am not sure where the nahlasbeautylounge4701.com came from When I created the domain without the 4701 it said it was available?

But, I am still unable to find the paid website?

It won’t be possible to manage nahlasbeautylounge.com from the account you are currently logged in to — you will need to be logged in as nahlasbeautylounge4701. If you no longer remember the login details, the password can be reset using this form:

    https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

Am I able to just redo the site all over from scratch.

Do you want to remove all existing content and have a fresh start on the site?
