    Hi there,

I have sorted this out for you. The owner and sole administrator of the site is now shtmenquiry :)

    Cheers,
    Hugh

    Thanks Hugh,
I can see that Vikesh has been removed.

That still leaves one last problem: I cannot remove his expired credit card from our Domain Mapping subscription. I can add another credit card, but it does not link to our subscription or replace Vikesh’s card. I hope you can help with this so that we have a valid credit card linked to this item. Many thanks.

I just removed the credit card on the account, so could you please re-add your own correct card? That should sort it out and that card will be used for future renewals.

    Cheers,
    Hugh

    Hi Hugh,
Hmm… Nothing has changed on my screen. Vikesh’s expired card is still listed beside the Domain Mapping billing, and, although I can add my card details, it does not replace Vikesh’s. (The Domain Mapping expires Jan 2018.) Perhaps the current subscription can be cancelled and re-billed? Or would this interfere with our current site?

    Hi there,

This should be sorted out for you now! I have disabled the automatic renewal for your domain mapping subscription, which has removed the old credit card details. Now you will be able to successfully add new credit card details to the subscription.

Let me know if you have any further issues with it!

    Cheers,
    Hhugh

    Hi Hugh,
I can now see that the old credit card has been removed. I have added the new card details, but once again got the error message, “Could not update stored details.” And the Domain Mapping Subscription Billing Method now just says “None”. Should we just leave it until closer to expiry? Cheers.

In that case, the best bet would be to leave it and then when it comes time to renew you can simply renew and fill in your card details then. That will ensure that it all goes through correctly.

    Cheers,
    Hugh
