  Hi there, we would need a help with adding a room( we have a hotel), sort of managing our page.

  Could you please tell us the address of the site you need help with?
  By “adding a room” do you mean a adding page about room by administrator, or adding a room booking by visitor? Could you please give an example for clarity?

  I see your website is dvorvipolze.si, which is hosted on Optimus IT as I see here https://hostingchecker.com/, not WordPress.com. So your website uses open source WordPress.org software, but is not hosted on WordPress.com platform, these are two entirely different systems.   In your case you should contact your Theme author to get support, or start from this manual :
