Managing pictures in a post

    I am using the new editor, and as with the old editor, I am having trouble managing the placement of pictures, not so much with the initial placement, but if I want to make changes.

    1. When initially placing a picture, how can I assure that it will follow the picture I just placed?

    2. How can I make sure text will go below a particular picture that I have placed? If I need to go to HTML, below which code item of a picture will assure that the text appears below the picture?

    3. How can I separate two pictures that seem to have become somehow joined in the post?

    4. When resizing a picture, at some point it refuses to be resized, even though it can be selected, and the arrow appears in the corner. What causes this, and how can I resize the picture?

    5. Is there any general reference to tips and tricks when using the editor?
