Managing Plans

I signed up for the Premium plan a little over a month ago. To date, I have an overall dissatisfaction with the service for many reasons. The latest reason is because it appears I cannot install Google Analytics, a basic plugin for any website, unless I purchase the $299 plan. I would really appreciate answers to the following questions:

1.) Seriously? I cannot install Google Analytics unless I upgrade my plan?
2.) Since I recently paid $99 for the Premium plan, shouldn’t that go towards the $299 fee to upgrade?

    Kind regards…

The difference between premium and business is shown here
    https://store.wordpress.com/plans/

wordpress.com has built in stats, which should be sufficient for most users. But if you need advanced analytics like Google Analytics, you have to upgrade your site to business plan.

If you plan to upgrade, the billing will be adjusted. You can contact wordpress staff using contact form here http://support.wordpress.com/contact/
