managing subscribers

    I’ve received word from a subscriber that they’re no longer receiving email when we post. I wanted to check the settings for her subscription, but I can’t find a way to even see who has subscribed to our blog. Your help material says to find the Users link in the menu, but we don’t have a Users link. Help!!

    Hi there! You can see who is subscribed to your blog and manage subscribers by going to https://wordpress.com/subscribers

    If they are indeed subscribed, you could ask your subscriber to check their “spam” or other folders in their email, in case your blog posts are getting categorized as such by their email provider. It sometimes happens; in that case they can mark the post as “not spam” and the issue shouldn’t happen again.
