managing the order of links

  How can I manage of list of links so that the newest links will always appear at the top of the list?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Can you please provide a link to the blog in question, starting with http? Whatever you’ve linked to your name, it’s not a WordPress.com blog URL. It’s not a URL at all; they don’t have @ in them.
