  Hi I am trying to purchase personal upgrade, but the page keeps freezing on order summary and i can’t enter my credit card details –

  First, let me know which browser and version you’re using please. Does the issue continue if you try from a different browser all together?

  I forgot to mention that you may be on an unstable internet connection as well. How is your network speed? You can try again from a different connection all together, like at home, school, work or a friend’s place.
