Managing your domain

    Hi there,

    I recently renewed my domain “hairrevs.com” and my paid plan, but the site is not showing up in my WordPress.com dashboard anymore. What is going on?

    Hello @jhaellepay!

    I’ve checked the domain hairrevs.com and the associated paid plan, and found that they are registered under a different WordPress.com account than the one you’re currently using to contact us. This is why you’re not seeing the domain or the plan on your end.

    Please make sure you’re logged in to the correct account. If you believe you’ve forgotten the email address or the password linked to the other account, you can use our account recovery options here: https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
