Manifest Theme, change size of custom photo header

  Hi,

  I’m brand new at WP and pretty computer illiterate. I just uploaded Manifest as my theme. I want to customize it so that I have a large photo across the top of the page as my header. Can anyone help me do this? I’m assuming I need to purchase the CSS Editor Option.
  I currently have a blog at Blogger: http://www.wabi-sabihomeandgarden.com that shows how I would ideally like the header to look over here at WP.

  Yes you need CSS editing experience and an annually renewable custom design upgrade.
